On 6 December 2025 in Vienna, the E.C.H.O. project, Amplifying Youth Voices for a Stronger Europe, kicked off. ECHO is an Erasmus+ youth cooperation project implemented by a consortium of nine experienced youth organisations from nine European countries. Coordinated by VABCKJS-EU (Austria) as Lead Partner, the project brings together COOLIVING (France), Casa Eslava (Spain), IVAIGO (Lithuania), Hello Youth (Sweden), ECCO (Norway), Digital Leadership Institute (Belgium), San Giuseppe Onlus (Italy), and K-GEM (Turkey). Together, the partnership combines complementary expertise in youth participation, civic engagement, inclusion, digital learning, and policy dialogue.

VABCKJS-EU - Austria

The Verein der Akademie für Bildung, Culture, Kunst, Jugend und Sport der Europäischen Union (VABCKJS-EU), is a non-profit organization based in Vienna, Austria, dedicated to education, youth empowerment, social inclusion, and cultural development. VABCKJS-EU actively supports youth exchanges, leadership training, digital innovation, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring that young people are equipped with the knowledge and tools to create positive change. The organization also integrates cultural exchange, sports, and artistic expression as key elements of personal growth and social inclusion.

San Giuseppe - Italy

Associazione San Giuseppe Onlus is an Italian NGO with over 20 years of experience in social inclusion, migration support, and youth development. Its mission is to promote solidarity, education, and active citizenship among vulnerable groups, particularly migrants, unaccompanied minors, women, and young people from marginalized backgrounds. The association collaborates with the "Migrantes" pastoral office to support the "Migration Laboratory," a research and training space dedicated to professionals and volunteers working in migration-related fields. Among its core activities, the organization focuses on school dropout prevention, mentoring, job placement, and capacity building for those in vulnerable situations.

K-GEM - Türkiye

Woman and Young Entrepreneurship Centre Association (K-GEM) located in
Ankara, Turkey, is a nonprofit, non-political organization established in March 2008. Over the past 17 years, K-GEM has actively fostered integration among
individuals from diverse backgrounds by enhancing their understanding of different traditions and cultures, thereby promoting tolerance and social cohesion. As a member of the European Women’s Platform and the European Association for Local Democracy, K-GEM collaborates with over 150 organizations, including local authorities, NGOs, and individuals from more than 30 countries, to promote good governance, civic engagement, and capacity-building.

IVAIGO - Lithuania

IVAIGO is a Lithuanian non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and social relief through non-formal education, mentoring, and awareness creation in culture, education, employment and health. IVAIGO actively supports social inclusion, targeting individuals with fewer opportunities, disabilities, migrant or refugee backgrounds, and those in rural or socio-economic difficulties. Fostering creativity and critical thinking, encouraging the pursuit of knowledge, the organization promotes creativity, imagination, and critical thinking through various art forms and sports.

Hello Youth - Sweden

Hello Youth (HeY) is an NGO committed to advancing active citizenship and
engaging young individuals across all facets of society. Originating in 2013 as an informal collective, HeY has evolved into a robust organization, currently at a pivotal juncture in its developmental journey. The organization comprises a diverse array of individuals aged 13 to 30, spanning various cultural, economic, and social backgrounds. HeY's key areas of focus include European citizenship, Cultural Diversity, and Youth Participation. Through its projects, HeY strengthens its abilities to connect with some of Sweden's most vulnerable demographics, contributing to positive change and empowerment within the community.

ECCO - Norway

Exploring Cultural Campfire Opportunities (ECCO) is a non-profit organization established in 2013 and committed to working with children, youth, immigrants, refugees, and other vulnerable groups in the local community of Bremanger. The organization is run by local volunteers who design, implement, and evaluate local and international projects, focusing on non-formal learning. ECCO serves as a vital contributor, offering activities beyond the municipality's capacity, promoting well-being, and creating networks for all residents in the community.

Digital Leadership Institute - Belgium

The Digital Leadership Institute (DLI) is a Brussels-based international NGO committed to bridging the gender gap and digital divide by educating and empowering future digital leaders. DLI specializes in increasing the participation of girls and women in ESTEAM sectors (Entrepreneurship,
Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) through education, innovation support, advocacy, and research. DLI runs several initiatives, including Girls Code Europe, Ada Awards, Digital Muse, G-Hive, and CYPRO, to foster digital inclusion, entrepreneurship, and policy engagement.

Cooliving - France

COOLIVING France is a non-profit youth association based in Amboise, France that started as an informal youth group and has grown into an established organization focused on youth empowerment, social inclusion, and environmental sustainability. COOLIVING promotes technology integration in non-formal education, organizes tech-based workshops, and fosters entrepreneurial and social innovation. The organization also actively raises awareness on environmental issues, advocates for sustainability, and implements initiatives such as plastic reduction workshops and eco-friendly campaigns.

Casa Eslava - Spain

Casa Eslava Spain is a non-profit organization based in Barcelona, Spain, dedicated to social inclusion, education, and intercultural dialogue. Founded in 2007, the organization works to empower young people, migrants, refugees, and individuals at risk of social exclusion through non-formal education, vocational training, and employment support. The organization also supports youth mobility, European Solidarity Corps (ESC) projects, and international cooperation, including initiatives in the Amazon region of Peru.
