A month on from the launch in Vienna, coordinators from all nine E.C.H.O. partner organisations gathered for the project’s first online working session. The agenda was practical: lock in the year-one timeline, confirm work-package leads, and agree on shared standards for how partners communicate progress across borders.

With roles now assigned, attention turns to the first wave of training activities scheduled for the spring. Each partner left the session with a clear set of deliverables and a calendar of upcoming milestones to share with their local teams.
