Every successful European project starts with people. Behind E.C.H.O. – Amplifying Youth Voices for a Stronger Europe stands a partnership of nine organisations from nine different European countries, united by a common goal: empowering young people to become active citizens and strengthening youth participation across Europe.
Each partner brings its own experience, local knowledge, and expertise in youth work, non-formal education, community engagement, and international cooperation. Together, they form a diverse network capable of connecting local realities with a shared European vision.
The strength of E.C.H.O. lies precisely in this diversity. While each organisation works within its own community and responds to local needs, they all share the belief that meaningful change begins with young people having the opportunity to participate, express their ideas, and contribute to the decisions that shape their future. This vision reflects the project’s broader objective of creating a sustainable European network that promotes youth participation, democratic engagement, and intercultural cooperation.
A Partnership Built on Shared Values
Although the partners come from different countries and cultural backgrounds, they are connected by common principles:
- promoting active citizenship;
- encouraging inclusion and equal opportunities;
- supporting young people through non-formal education;
- strengthening democratic participation;
- creating spaces where every young voice can be heard.
By sharing methods, experiences, and good practices, the consortium develops approaches that can be adapted to different local contexts—from small communities to large cities—while maintaining a common European perspective.

The partnership combines international mobility, local action, and digital learning to strengthen youth participation across Europe.

Project Coordinator. An organisation promoting education, youth participation, social inclusion, and international cooperation through Erasmus+ and other European initiatives.
🇧🇪 Digital Leadership Institute (DLI) – Belgium
A non-profit organisation working to strengthen digital skills, digital inclusion, and responsible participation in the digital society, with a particular focus on young people.
🇮🇹 San Giuseppe ODV ETS – Italy
An organisation committed to social inclusion, community development, and supporting young people, especially those with fewer opportunities and migrant backgrounds.
🇪🇸 Casa Eslava – Spain
A youth organisation that promotes intercultural dialogue, non-formal education, and active citizenship through international exchanges and community-based learning.
🇫🇷 COOLIVING – France
An organisation that creates opportunities for young people through social innovation, intercultural learning, entrepreneurship, and European mobility projects.
🇸🇪 Hello Youth – Sweden
A youth-led organisation dedicated to democratic participation, youth empowerment, and creating spaces where young people can actively shape their communities.
🇳🇴 ECCO – Norway
An organisation supporting young people through civic engagement, inclusion, and educational activities that encourage active participation in society.
🇱🇹 IVAIGO – Lithuania
A non-governmental organisation promoting creativity, inclusion, and youth participation through non-formal education, international cooperation, and community projects.
🇹🇷 K-GEM – Turkey
An organisation with strong expertise in youth research, education, and capacity building, supporting evidence-based approaches to youth participation and democratic engagement.
